Dear Walter. Please express my thanks to your staff for their kindness and understanding they have shown my mother. Il takes a while to adjust to a new place and mother can be difficult. Every one has been so friendly and helpful as we to learn "the ropes". Mother's first two weeks have been so positive. My sister and I are so happy with mother's placement here, we rest a little easier at night knowing she is safe and around people who care. Thank you for all your help and advice.
